How Rent-A-Studio bookings work

All studio bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

  • Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
  • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation
  • Changes to bookings are subject to availability
  • No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment

Payment and refund rules for studio sessions

Payment terms and conditions for our services:

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment must be made in full before the session
  • We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payments
  • Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your session
  • 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before
  • No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before
  • Weather-related cancellations are handled case by case

Studio Rules and Guidelines

To ensure a safe and professional environment for all clients:

  • No smoking or alcohol consumption on premises
  • Respect other clients and maintain professional conduct
  • Report any damage or issues immediately
  • Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

Liability and Insurance

Important information about liability and insurance coverage:

  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings
  • We maintain professional liability insurance
  • Damage to equipment will be charged to the client
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen items
