How Rent-A-Studio bookings work
All studio bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Full payment is required to confirm your reservation
- Changes to bookings are subject to availability
- No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment
Payment and refund rules for studio sessions
Payment terms and conditions for our services:
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Payment must be made in full before the session
- We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital payments
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your session
- 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before
- No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before
- Weather-related cancellations are handled case by case
Studio Rules and Guidelines
To ensure a safe and professional environment for all clients:
- No smoking or alcohol consumption on premises
- Respect other clients and maintain professional conduct
- Report any damage or issues immediately
- Follow all safety guidelines and instructions
Liability and Insurance
Important information about liability and insurance coverage:
- Clients are responsible for their personal belongings
- We maintain professional liability insurance
- Damage to equipment will be charged to the client
- We are not liable for lost or stolen items
